From the first night he used the mouth and nose strips, my husband’s snoring reduced to almost nothing. It’s meant that I can sleep all night without being disturbed. His snoring had ruined my sleep for decades, so this is a minor miracle! My husband says his mouth is less dry and he sleeps better because he is not mouth breathing. He even uses them when I’m away. A great success.
When I first used these they helped me sleep, however being obese my lips started to sweat and I struggled sleeping after the 4th night. The sleep strips help, but definitely do your research BEFORE buying. It’s best to buy ONE PACK first (non subscription) and test them out. Will recommend them but if you need a good nights sleep these are a temporary fix.
I am a 68 year old male with an annoying snore which stops my 65 year old wife from getting a decent nights sleep. To avoid resorting to seperate bedrooms our son told us about Respire and his success. First I tried the nasal strips which gave me so much more oxygen at night. I use the sleep watch app and started tracking my progress. Still my wife complained of my noises at night so my son told me to use the mouth tape. This was when these two Respite products combined to completely change my sleep for the best ever and rid me of my snoring . I was very sceptical, having used just about every mouth strip out there I ended up using imported micropore tape, I am a chronic mouth breather and cpap user, I use nasal pillows and tape my mouth shut EVERY NIGHT otherwise I can't sleep. The only thing that kept my mouth shut all night was micropore tape, until I tried respire, for the first few nights I used micropore over the top of the respire strip so I could assure a nights sleep , I noticed the strip stayed put so last night I just used the strip and it held firmly all night, you turned a half hour nightly regime into a few minutes, thanks Respire you now have a lifetime customer.
I love this mouth tape! I’ve tried several brands, and this is by far the best one. I love how I don’t have any sticky residue on my mouth when I take it off in the morning. Fully recommend.
Its almost everything they claimed it is , only thing is , it actually hurts a little ripping off in the morning and more importantly , leaves my lips feeling raw and pink.
Was not sure about these so ordered the smallest number . Lots of big claims on Facebook adds ! They work better than expected ! Easy to put on and takeoff. Plus you can actually use them more than once if you want. They keep me from mouth breathing at night, but if for some reason I have to cough, I can cough and the strips stay in place and Still keep my mouth shut.My wife complained about the noise from mouth breathing when I had the CPAP machine on. That noise is gone!
Wearing the respire tape has certainly made a difference with my breathing however, some nights if I start coughing (I do suffer from asthma I have to remove it). Apart from that I am really happy with the product and have recommended it to others.
Ive tried a medical tape my dentist recommended for mouth taping but 50% of nights I would wake up with the tape missing. Two weeks into using this product from Respire and this hasn't happened even once. This is such a great practice for self care that I look forward to continuing. Love the little metal case for the strips and im sure that will also be useful for travel.
The strips are very comfortable and definitely keep my mouth closed. I feel so much better in the morning.

I’ve used many brands of mouth tape over the years, from cheap amazon strips to expensive ones like hostage tape and these are in between. Love the strip itself, but the adhesive is very strong and leaves your lips dry and sticky. I’ve never had this experience with any other mouth tape and I don’t particularly like it.
Wanted to let everyone know that Respire sent me a refund on a pack that got shipped after i canceled. I do like there product very much! Just do not like the subscription! Will be buying more when i need them!! Great product !!!!!!!!
I dont usually write reviews, but I am so pleased with respire I had to, the gold standard for mouth tapes, I had spent a long time trying out different mouth tapes, specially ones with zero plastic or heavy metals and finding repsire was a miracle, I just want to thank everyone in the team for this amazing product.
Great product but doesn’t work if you have a moustache
I’ve been very happy with Respire mouth tape. It adheres well, stays in place all night, I don’t notice any horrible smells and has become part of my nightly routine. I can’t compare it to other brands since this is the only mouth tape I’ve used, but I’ve been extremely pleased with the product itself. My only complaint is the shipping. I signed up for auto-ship specifically so I wouldn’t run out, yet I’ve been without my mouth tape for nearly three weeks while waiting for my next shipment to arrive. That really defeats the purpose of an automatic subscription, discount or not. Because of the delays, I’m now considering looking at other options, not because I’m unhappy with the product, but because I need a company that can reliably keep me supplied. It’s disappointing, because I really do like the tape. If they could improve their shipping and fulfillment, I would happily remain a loyal customer.
Unfortunately I was unable to tolerate having a strip across my mouth. It is nothing to do with the brand, if I'd been able to tolerate I would definitely have stuck with Respire. I'm such a bad sleeper that it annoyed me and I couldn't get to sleep to get the benefits! My five star rating is for Respire's customer service. I perservered and tried the strips for 30 days then emailed to enquire about the 30 day risk free trial refund. They got back to me within the day, appreciated my feedback and emailed a postage paid slip for me to attach to the returning parcel. That is service plus, I have never heard of anyone paying the postage for you to return goods for a refund. I'm so pleased to see that you have so many happy users and am sorry that I wasn't able to be one of them. Thank you for your great customer service.
I’M 75 and find I sleep better using these mouth strips. Has helped with my snoring less too. Mouth isn’t dry when waking.

These are amazing, I now breath through my nose rather then mouth and I don’t snore, have a sore throat the next morning, I sleep heavier, less tossing and turning through the night. I tried them on the kids a few times, they think they are great. Definitely life changing for me

Respire strips are lighter and a better size than another brand I tried. I sometimes forget I even have a mouth strip on when I wake up.....until I try to talk!
Love these …. I slowly started the mouth taping experience using some kind of sport tape… then saw this ad on instagram. I was sceptical … but so so happy with the product and just enjoy such a good sleep every night

Better sleep but the tape dries out my lips and after about 5 nights solid, they were so red and sore so I’ve stopped using 😞
To be honest I’ve used hypoallergenic tape on my mouth previously which worked quite well, but these strips are definitely more comfortable. I don’t have anyone telling me how I’m breathing/snoring, but I make it through the night and very happy not to wake up to a mouth that feels like cardboard. I’ve handed out a few to different friends to see how they feel as well. I’m waiting on their reviews.
I’ve used at least 6-7 different brands if sleep tape over the past 2-3 years. Most have an unpleasant smell/taste due to the adhesive and some leave sticky, glue marks around my mouth. I was skeptical as to whether there was any difference but WOW 🤩 I am so impressed. No awful smell, no glue residue and they are gentle on skin. Definitely worth the investment .
I have been using these nearly 2 weeks now and am surprised at how rested I feel. I had a cpap machine due to snoring but it was hurting my nose and even with a chin strap to close my mouth I would always wake up with a very dry mouth. Since using the respire I am blown away at the better results for sleep. I wake up more refreshed than ever with the cpap. I will be getting a subscription to keep using them. Highly recommend.
I've been using strips of various brands for about 5 years. these do stick on all night. what I do not like is the hassle to remove the backing of them to stick them on my lips. the tin container is good too. the backing is hard enough to remove and if you aren't careful the ends of the tape stick together.
I have thoroughly enjoyed adaptng to and using the Respire tape. I have always been a mouth breather and have wanted to change that for many years. I no longer wake up thirsty and with a dry mouth. I sleep better and mornings are much nicer! My sleeping feels more relaxed. The tape is stretchy so I stretch it a little before applying to give it some 'give' and it is comfy - such that I dont notice it when I wake in the morning. I confess I purchased another brand to compare and Respire came out on top.. Well done.
Deeper sleep, perhaps sharper jaw but it’s not getting any worse.
